- September 28, 2019, Springfield Art Museum 5th Annual 99x (Times) Party. 99x: Myths & Monsters is a costumed evening of contemporary style and fashion inspired by Rose O’Neill’s mythical and fantastical “Sweet Monsters.” Eighteen living art installations will be featured transforming the museum into an enchanted woodland of interactive art tableaux and performances. Hours are 7-9:30 p.m., tickets are $35 in advance and $45 at the door.

Aug. 5, 2019 (post) The Library of Congress exhibit Shall not be Denied running June 4, 2019-Sept. 2020 features a Rose O’Neill postcard on exhibit as well as in the on-line exhibit. The postcard’s tag line is, “Popular cards include anything by feminist artist Rose O’Neill featuring her beloved ‘Kewpie’ characters.” The postcard is, “Votes for Our Mothers.”
